1. Contract Management
Tingkat Service is available from Mon to Fri except Public Holiday.
Public Holiday will not be counted as eating days.
5 days Trial Package must be in consecutive days, no postpone is allowed.
Trial Package will not be renewed. 2 working days in advance is required for renewal notice.
All Packages will be auto renewed to the next cycle except for trial package and 10 days package and / or being informed earlier.
Non continuation of contract, must be informed, in writing, 2 working days before contract end.
Postpone meal / Skip meal / Cancel meal must be informed at least 2 working days in advance.
Postpone meal will be replaced on your next eating days.
A total of 2 times of cancellation is allowed for 10 and 12 days package only.
A total of 3 times of cancellation is allowed for 16 and 20 days package only.
A total of 5 times of cancellation is allowed for 45 days package only.
There will be no refund for early termination of contract.
Tiffin must be washed and hang at door for collection otherwise we will change to microwave container and it will be charged.
Last meal will be packed in microwave container.
There shall not be any downgrading of contract
For Love, Tingkat! Warmer bag will be use and onloan to customer. Customer is to hang the empty bag at the gate for exchange a new set the next day.
Last day meal will be packed in plastic bag. Each bag cost $10 if it not return (For Love Tingkat order).
2. Payment Management
Payment must be made in before contract start date
Payment not made by the 3rd day of service will be considered a termination of contract, a final bill will be issued. Admin Charges of $80 applies for termination of contract due to non payment.

3. Food Management
It is advisable to store food in refrigerator upon receiving.
It is advisable to reheat the food at least 75 degree and for at least 2 mins before eating.
It is there is a different eating time, you are advisable to take out your own portion with clean spoons and heat up accordingly.
Tiffin container is not suitable to heat on the stove. A damage cost of $20 will be charged for this damage.
Menu may subject to changes without notice
4. Delivey Time
There shall be no choosing of delivery time.
Tingkat Dinner delivery timing is between 3pm to 7pm.
5. Condo and Landed Delivery Management
For condo delivery, if we are unable to go to your unit, we will contact you to seek for your advise . However if we are unable to get you after 3 calls we will move on to other delivery and will meal will be forfeited.

Please consider rain and shine if you want us to hang at your gate
6. You allowed us to share your information for delivery purpose.

Mini Buffet/ Buffet Set Up Catering / Lunch Box Catering
A. Mini Buffet - All Food are packed in disposable microwaveable container / Aluminum Tray with disposable cutlery
We will supply disposable form plates, plastic forks, spoons, trash bags and serviettes.
No collection is required (Table for Food & Warmer are Not Provided) Food Best Consumed for Mini Buffet and lunch box catering
B. Ordering and Confirmation Policy:
Mini Buffet and Buffet: Order to be submitted 3 (working days) days in Advance
Confirmation will be done within 24 hrs (working days) upon receipt of order
C. Delivery :
$35 ($37.45 w GST) delivery fee (Not applicable during festive seasons) $10 additional surcharge for CBD area, sentosa and jurong island
$55 ($58.85 w GST) delivery fee for Set Up Buffet (Not applicable during festive season) $10 additional surcharge for CBD area, sentosa and jurong island
$10 ($10.70 w GST)additional surcharge per flight of stairs due to non lift landing. If your don't event before hand it will be $30 ($32.10 w GST) per flight of stairs to climb.
Free delivery for order more than 80 pax
Delivery Timing : 9am to 7pm daily
Delivery may be late due to unforeseen circumstances arise i.e traffic accident, driver will inform you if such incident arise.
For Set Up buffet, Driver will arrive about 1 hr before your event start time unless being otherwise communicated separately.
For Set up buffet, setup before 9am and collection after 10pm, there will be surcharge of $50/hr. ($53.50 w GST)
For Set Up buffet, any extention time request for collection of buffet, on the day of delivery, will be charges $50/hr ($53.50 w GST)
D. Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation must be made through email. (To keep a record for both ends)
50% of the total bill will be charged to the customer if the cancellation is less than, and or 3 days
100% of the total bill will be charged to the customer if the cancellation is less than,and or 2 day
E. Amendment of Order
Changes or amendments must be made known to us the latest within 3 working days from your function date. We reserve the right not for any last minute changes or amendments to your buffet order.
F. Loss or Damages
Charges may be imposed for any loss and or damages for any item loan to customers
G. Replacement of Food
Should there be any item that is not available at the time of delivery. FattyDaddyFattyMummy Pte Ltd will replace the menu with same value item, without prior notice.
